Time spent ensuring that all Property and Asset Management issues have been properly considered and documented at the design stage will ensure that buildings and estates can be effectively and efficiently managed with all parties clear as to responsibilities and costs. Tendering for contracts will be undertaken in accordance with our Tendering Procedure to ensure value for money is achieved. We do not only focus on ensuring that the tenant is complying with the terms of his lease when we undertake inspections for the landlord – we focus on developing and fostering a relationship with that occupier to ensure that there is a mutual understanding of what each party wants to achieve. By understanding the tenant’s business we can ensure occupier satisfaction which will lead to higher levels of retention.
We will arrange for all Health and Safety audits to be undertaken and review the findings with the property owner and occupiers to ensure that all areas of potential liability are covered. This offers peace of mind for property owners to ensure that their obligations have been satisfied
