Valiant Office Suites, managed by Petersen Associates, have had a fantastic 2014. We have seen our occupancy rates soar to 85% in less than two years of operation and have only just completed our final phase of serviced offices!
The building is buzzing with activity as our 20 different business occupiers grow go about their daily routine in our vibrant highly specified office and conference centre. We couldn't be more proud of our on site team, Alison, Tracey and Mary who have done an outstanding job!
We are all looking forward to an exciting 2015.
